A2: For experimental materials and customization: raw material selection and supplier management, incoming quality control (IQC), laboratory testing and validation, in-process quality control (IPQC), finished product inspection (FQC), provision of test data, customer feedback, and quality improvement.
Q3: How to conduct experiments effectively with the materials?
A3: By providing test reports, technical guidance, contract services, and test support, we can help customers fully utilize the purchased materials for experiments, ensuring smooth execution and accurate, reliable results.
Q4: How is the quality of equipment controlled?
A4: For experimental lines: incoming quality control (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), finished product quality control (FQC), outgoing quality control (OQC). Additionally, FAT, SAT, and a one-year after-sales guarantee ensure the quality of the equipment line.
Q5: How to install and operate the machines?
A5: We provide multi-language installation guides and operation manuals, multi-language video tutorials or online training, pre-configured setup options, and online after-sales support to help customers easily use the machines.
Q6: What is the warranty on these products?
A6: The warranty period for the equipment is one year (12 months). If any equipment parts are damaged due to non-human factors within one year, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
